Both Saxons and Vikings wore this helmet throughout the 10th and 11th centuries, but it didn't become famous until the Norman victory at Hastings. Beautifully hand-crafted from 18 gauge steel, this pice makes an excellent addition to any collection. This piece can be worn or used as decoration, but no lining or suspension is provided.
