Flemish noble men and women of northern France wore this hat, and it was very popular in the French and Italian Courts. Our Flemish Pill Hat is made of Jewel Black cotton velveteen and lined in cotton. Appliqued on top in gold and trimmed in silver, our hats are crafted with buckram using traditional methods of quality construction. Each hat is hand-blocked for perfect shape.
