HISTORY
Albrecht II was King of Bohemia and Hungary from 1437 until 1439. In 1438 he was also elected the King of Germany, but was never crowned. Under his rule, Austria, Bohemia, and Hungary were united for the first time. A persecutor of the Hussites and Jews, he died after his campaign against the Turks. This Albrecht Hand-and-a-Half Sword is a reproduction of one that he used during his reign. |
